British crew enjoys increase in measurement forward of World Indoors

5 athletes are added to the GB & NI squad for the worldwide occasion in Glasgow on March 1-3

Sprinter Amy Hunt, shot putters Amelia Campbell and Scott Lincoln, 3000m runner Hannah Nuttall and mixed eventer Abigail Pawlett have been added to the British crew for the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow.

The athletes have been chosen primarily based on the World Athletics Highway to Glasgow rating positions, including to a crew that features Josh Kerr, Jemma Reekie, Laura Muir and Molly Caudery.

Hunt gained the ladies’s 60m on the UK Indoor Championships final weekend in Birmingham whereas Campbell and Lincoln took shot put titles. Nuttall was runner-up to Muir within the 3000m as Pawlett was second to Cindy Sember within the 60m hurdles and seventh within the lengthy soar.
